On the weekend of May 17-18, 2014, eleven members of the Bukas Palad Music Ministry flew in from Manila to share songs of hope and happiness with those affected by the recent Typhoon Yolanda in Culion, Palawan.

They participated in a cultural exchange with the Tagbanua families of Sitio Alulad on Saturday and sang for mass and a healing concert for the larger community of La Inmaculada Concepcion Parish in Culion town proper on Sunday.
