Along with Gina Alfonso and Nanette Santos, Atty. Frances T. Yuyucheng was also one of the first incorporators of Cartwheel and has since acted as the Foundation’s Corporate Secretary. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Major in Legal Management from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1990. In 1994, she completed her Juris Doctor degree at the Ateneo de Manila School of Law. By 1996, she was admitted to the Philippine Bar. Currrently, she is a Partner at Romula Mabanta Buenaventura Sayoc and De los Angeles Law Offices, one of the country’s leading law firms. Atty. Yuyucheng’s expertise includes capital markets and securities law, corporate and commercial law, and mergers and acquisitions. She regularly advises Philippine and foreign clients on investments in Philippine corporations, joint ventures and mergers, acquisitions, and divestments. Furthermore, she advises many listed companies, international and local securities brokers and investment houses on legal and regulatory compliance.
